The establishment of a new artificial intelligence and robotics center here at KCST serves as another pinnacle in our ultimate goal to provide our students with the highest of cognitive skills to be able to lead in tomorrow’s job market in Kuwait. Statistics indicate that in the next six years, the global market for robotics is expected to triple its current size and cross over USD 275 Billion by 2025. Reports generated based on the global LinkedIn network for employment show that the artificial intelligence experts and robotic engineers are the major sought out job opportunities that have emerged in 2020 with an annual growth rate of 75% and 40% respectively. Therefore, the existence of a center specialized in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence is essential not only for KCST but also for Kuwait as a whole.
To be a leading center in the field of AI and robotics locally and regionally.
To attract students and interested candidates to innovate and conduct pioneering research as well as provide high-quality consultations and studies in the field of AI and robotics.
